Morning all, I have stumbled on your page via Instagram and thought I would sign up. 33 year old dad, or 2 year old and 10 week old twins, who, in the last 2 years, has gotten back into cycling as my knees cannot take football anymore. I did look into football manager/coaching but my big issue here has been time. How does everyone get into a routine, find time to cycle when there is a constant need to be at home to do the jobs, on top of work etc.
